Pictorial

Tim Burton was recently given the chance to create a pictorial that included images from his past films.
All I can say is that it turned out STUNNING.

Inspiration

Giovanna. I just love her style. Classic shapes and cuts are universally flattering.

NYFW

So I've been following the shows from New York Fashion, and while they're all very cute the only show that had stood out is Burberry Spring 2010. It's unique and wearable all at the same time. Look out for the knock-offs at a Forever 21 near you. ;)

This is the link to the show.

On cloud 9

Sometimes when I'm feeling especially light-hearted, I fill up shopping carts with extremely expensive items at Net-A-Porter....A girl can dream.

The Famous Hunter Boots $115 (not bad at all)

Jimmy Choo $1,095

Church's $1,015

Christian Louboutin :) $1,295

Balmain $1,605

Louby again $1,275

Brian Atwood $680 (a bargain in comparison)

Grand Total: $7,080...I'll just wait for the knock-offs

Fierce

My favorite project runway designer of all time has come out with a diffusion shoe line that is surprisingly cute. Christian Siriano, pictured here with Heidi, became the one to look out for after winning season 4 of the best tv show ever created. Who would've thought that his talent would spread all the way to shoes. I was skeptical when I first heard about this collaboration with payless but it turned out great.

These are my top picks from the shoe line that debuted this week.

Want of the Week!

BUCKET BAGS!

I have been looking for a bucket bag since finding the perfect one at Zara last week. Unfortunately, the price was a little too high for me so I will be returning every week until it goes on sale.

If you're interested in finding your own bucket bag, here are some samples that range from super-crazy expensive to budget-friendly chic. Enjoy!

Weekend Update

This weekend was a long time in the making.

I was awarded a raise back in June for being the awesome worker that I am but due to some prolonged events, I didn't actually see it until September. Since it was effective way back then, I scored big time in this last paycheck. SWEET! The only thing left to do was to blow all of it on a new fall wardrobe. And that, my friends, was exactly what I did this weekend at the fabulous Camarillo Outlets. I actually spent half my budget at Neiman Marcus but I didn't care because every girl in the dressing room was eyeing the Elizabeth and James floral wrap dress that I snagged from a hidden corner of the shop. (I think someone was hiding it).

Isn't it beautiful?????

That is exactly how I will be wearing it this fall, with black tights and the black belt. Except I'll add my amazing new rose gold bracelets that I have been saving for this weekend.

Moving on....I also managed to pick out a few more items from the different shops like: Theory, Banana Republic, Betsey Johnson, and Juicy Couture. Overall, I walked out with 6 new outfits. It was a long, fulfilling day and I think the shopping addict inside me will be happy for a good month or so.
